I'm Peri.

 

Zimbabwean, peanut butter lover and creator of recipes that nourish body and soul. 

 

My goal is to help women navigate the minefield that is the fitness industry, build a lifestyle and body they love, and improve their mindset around food and body image. 

My story 

From my first diet at the age of ten years old to prepping for a bodybuilding competition in my twenties, I've spent much of my life at war with food and my body.

 

This is why I'm here today - to help you navigate the misinformation, myths and fads that are so prevalent in the fitness industry and avoid the mistakes I made.

 

I’m here to help you leave behind restrictive diets and hours of mindless exercise and show you how to reach your goals AND find balance. I'll show you how to nourish your body with the foods you love, how to build a strong, healthy body with a structured training program and how to use mindfulness to improve your relationship with yourself, food & your body.
