Ingredients:
500g chicken breast cut into strips
5 cloves garlic
As many chillies as you can handle
1 shallot
1 cup Thai Basil
30ml oyster sauce
30ml soy sauce
5ml fish sauce
10 ml vegetable oil
Optional: Green Beans
Method:
In a bowl, combine chicken breast, oyster sauce, soy sauce and fish sauce. Leave to marinate.
In the meantime, blend or mash the chillies, garlic and shallot into a paste.
Once chicken has marinated, heat oil in a skillet or wok and add the garlic, chillies and shallot. Cook for ~ 2 minutes or until aromatic.
Add in chicken and cook on a medium-high heat until chicken is brown.
Add basil and green beans if using and cook for a further 2 minutes.
