Choc Chip Cookie Dough Dip


This chocolate chip cookie dough dip is perfect for when you need a snack and an apple won’t cut it.


It’s thick, it’s decadent and you don’t need butter, sugar, chickpeas or almond flour.


As an added bonus, if you struggle to get in enough protein, this recipe provides a whopping 40g which means it will keep you full for hours!

Have it on its own or use it as a dip with some fruit/ crackers - either way, it will definitely hit the spot!

 

Ingredients

  • 100g thick, plain Greek yoghurt

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (a casein/whey blend like Pescience is best because of the consistency but any protein will work)

  • 30g oat flour

  • 20g chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp nut butter (optional)

Method:

  1. Mix together the yoghurt, oat flour and protein powder, making sure there are no lumps.

  2. Add in the nut butter and chocolate chips and serve!


Serves 1:

Macros per serve: 471 calories, 16.6g fat, 39.7g carbs, 43.8g protein
