I loooove me a McDonald’s Oreo Mcflurry🤤
But when I don’t have access to one, this is my go-to frozen dessert for satisfying any sweet tooth cravings.
It tastes just like a McFlurry, it’s creamy, it’s delicious and it’s packing 27g of protein! What more could you ask for?
All you need is a few simple ingredients and a blender.
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 scoop vanilla protein or cookies n cream protein powder
125ml unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
2 or 3 Oreos
Method
Add the frozen banana, protein powder and almond milk to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add in the Oreos and blend into small pieces.
Enjoy with an extra Oreo on top for dunking😉
