This is one of my go to dishes when I'm feeling lazy or need to throw something together quickly.
It's super simple and requires minimal ingredients, perfect for a weekend or when you can't be bothered to go grocery shopping.
Serve it in a wrap, in a sandwich or bagel, on a salad, with some rice or any carb that you desire!
Ingredients
500g chicken breast cut into strips
100g fat free Greek Yoghurt
15g light butter/ oil / ghee
4-5 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garam masala
Chilli powder if you want it spicy
Salt to taste
Method
Marinate the chicken breast in the yoghurt, garlic and spices for a few hours.
When ready to cook, heat a pan on high with the butter.
Once the pan is hot, add in the chicken breast and cook until nice & brown.
If you want extra sauce you can add more yoghurt.
