Latte Overnight Oats


If you love oat lattes then you will love latte oats. Actually, if you love coffee anything you will love this recipe.

These overnight oats are made by blending the oats first which is a game-changer! The result is a thick and creamy texture that is just so comforting and satisfying.

If you need a little extra pick me up in the morning, this is the perfect breakfast for you!

 

Ingredients:

  • 40g oats

  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla, chocolate or coffee flavours would work best)

  • 125-150ml coffee depending on how thick you want it

  • Optional: cocoa powder/hot chocolate to dust the top. You can also add extras like nut butter, chocolate chips, fruit etc

Method:

  1. Blend all the ingredients except the cocoa powder in the blender.

  2. Pour into a bowl and leave to chill in the fridge. Overnight is best but if you don’t have the time a couple of hours will work too.

  3. When you’re ready to tuck in, dust with cocoa powder or hot chocolate and enjoy!
