Ingredients
100g frozen mango
100g frozen pineapple
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
100ml coconut milk (boxed not tinned eg Alpro or Rude Health)
Optional toppings:
Granola
Berries/fruit
Coconut flakes
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a blender, food processor, or Nutribullet.
Pour into a bowl and top with your choice of toppings.
