Pina Colada Smoothie Bowl

We might not be able to travel very far right now, but you can still bring a touch of the tropics to your life with this Pina Colada Smoothie Bowl.

It's perfect as a refreshing breakfast, a mid-afternoon snack, or as a dessert to satisfy those evening cravings.

 

Ingredients

  • 100g frozen mango

  • 100g frozen pineapple

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

  • 100ml coconut milk (boxed not tinned eg Alpro or Rude Health)

Optional toppings:

  • Granola

  • Berries/fruit

  • Coconut flakes

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, food processor, or Nutribullet.

  2. Pour into a bowl and top with your choice of toppings.

  3. Enjoy and be transported to a tropical island.


Serves 1

Macros per serve (without toppings): 247 calories, 29g carbs, 2g fat, 25g protein.
