🔥Spicy Yoghurt Chicken🔥




All you need to know about this chicken is that it is delicious, high in protein and easy to make. Have it in a wrap, a salad, a pita, with Bombay potatoes.. the options are endless!


Ingredients:

  • 15g light butter / oil / ghee

  • 500g chicken breast, cut into strips 

  • 100g 0% Greek Yoghurt 

  • 1 tbsp tomato purée/paste

  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp chilli powder 

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala 

  • 1 tsp cumin powder

  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Add the chicken breast, yoghurt, lemon juice and spices to a bowl. 

  2. Mix well and leave in the fridge to marinade for a few hours.

  3. When you’re ready to cook, heat butter/ oil in a skillet.

  4. Add marinated chicken breast to the skillet with the tomato purée.

  5. Cook until chicken is nice and brown and the yoghurt mixture has thickened into a sauce.
