All you need to know about this chicken is that it is delicious, high in protein and easy to make. Have it in a wrap, a salad, a pita, with Bombay potatoes.. the options are endless!
Ingredients:
15g light butter / oil / ghee
500g chicken breast, cut into strips
100g 0% Greek Yoghurt
1 tbsp tomato purée/paste
4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
Method:
Add the chicken breast, yoghurt, lemon juice and spices to a bowl.
Mix well and leave in the fridge to marinade for a few hours.
When you’re ready to cook, heat butter/ oil in a skillet.
Add marinated chicken breast to the skillet with the tomato purée.
Cook until chicken is nice and brown and the yoghurt mixture has thickened into a sauce.
