Ingredients
For the Nice Cream
250g frozen strawberries
1 scoop strawberry or vanilla protein powder (optional)
75ml almond milk or milk of choice
For the Shell
20g chocolate chips or chunks
5g coconut oil
Method
Add the strawberries, protein powder and almond milk to a blender or food processor and blend until creamy and smooth.
In a microwave-proof bowl, microwave the chocolate for about 30 seconds or until melted.
Add the coconut oil to the melted chocolate and mix until smooth and runny.
Scoop the strawberry mix out into a bowl and top with the melted chocolate.
Leave in the fridge to set for a few minutes.
Crack into it and enjoy!
