Tiramisu Overnight Oats


Tiramisu…. A heavenly combination of coffee, chocolate, cream, mascarpone and biscuits… All of the best things in life!

Tiramisu is one of my favourite desserts of all time but to my immense sadness, it’s not the quickest things you can make so I haven’t had it lying around the house that often.


Until now…..

These Tiramisu Overnight Oats deliver all of the flavours and pleasure of the real thing without the calories and the hassle.

If you need something to get you out of bed in the morning, this breakfast will do the job… What a way to start the day!🤩

 

Ingredients:

  • 40g oats

  • 30ml espresso/ black coffee or 1 tsp instant coffee dissolved in 30ml water

  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder

  • 125g yoghurt of choice (I used vanilla)

  • 100ml almond milk or milk of choice

  • 1 tsp cocoa powder or hot chocolate powder

Method:

  1. In a bowl combine all the ingredients except the cocoa and yoghurt.

  2. Cover and leave overnight or for a few hours.

  3. When ready to assemble, spoon some of the oat mixture into a jar or tumbler, top with yoghurt and repeat until full.

  4. Top with the cocoa and enjoy!

Serves 1:

Macros per serve: 406 calories, 5.3g fat, 52.8g carbs, 38.5g protein
